Pathfinding AI for units in RTS games

Basically I’d love to know how to create or implement a 3rd party solution for Unreal that covers AI handling of unit movement, avoidance, and new path creation.

IE: Starcraft zerglings running around walls/other zerglings and up ramps to attack the closest enemy marine.
