After rendering for a few hours I noticed that after adding the roots to the tree, somehow the branches of some parts of the tree had moved!
But instead of sheading some tears and throwing my pc out of the window. I had a great idea.
I corrected the part of the model that had gone off and just rendered that part again!
The rest of the image is transparent so just opening them with the corrected image in the top layer of your image editing software and saving again produces the desired result! I give you my final rabbit render!
