[edit] : I find OneNote for windows which seems to do what I want and all is shared on cloud so i can take notes on my phone 
As the end is near, I’m thinking of my future first game and I’m facing a really horrible problem !
I have ideas, that’s not the problem, I have a computer … and a desk with lots of things. It’s hard to find place to take notes on a paper sheet. But, I also have a pen tablet which is under my mouse (yes I don’t have many space on my desk 
) and so, I was wondering if there are some free app that allow to takes notes, draw and other things.
on PC, sadly I don’t have a mac :x
