Painting terrain with well defined tiles

Hi, I’m trying to paint my terrain with tiles like those in 2D games tilemap.

Here’s something I would like to achieve

or something like Dont Starve where areas are clearly defined

However with the Unity terrain tool, the terrain textures are blurred on the edges and I cannot paint them precisely on each of the alphamap /heightmap coordinates.

Anyone came across of any tools or methods to do this?
