I’m pretty happy with how it’s turning out. Tried to make it as accurate anatomically as I could (except the elfish ears). Any recommendations?

ears are difficult by the way they are shaped.
But with placing hair, this would be less of a problem.
I think you did an excellent job.

Perhaps increase the roughness so she is not so sweaty!
