I get this bug lately when I was trying to add some new assets to my project… it worked fine… but suddenly stops.
Do you know what might be the reason?

This is most likely a sign in issue. Sometimes, Unity just forgets your login token, making communication with the package server and the asset store server impossible.
Go into your Unity Hub, and in the upper left should be a drop down with options. Click “Sign Out”. Then go in again in Hub and sign in again. You may need to restart your Unity project after doing this. That should refresh the access tokens.
