I followed Text101 in 2d Unity Course. The video number 30.
I opened tab Window but no Package Manager found.
I don’tk how to get this.

Which version of Unity do you use? The same as Rick?
No. I coudn’t find the same one as Rick.
So I decided to install a newer one, 2019.
