i dont know how to make it bigger would love some advice on that…
Actually, all you have to do is scale the image up and export that as a separate copy (just so it doesn’t change the original).
I’m assuming you’re working in GIMP; there’s a Scale tool in the toolbox if you look around for it (you might have to right-click to look inside the various tool groups. I haven’t updated GIMP recently, so I can’t say exactly where it would be).
If your canvas is sized to your sprites as they are now, you’ll also need to click Image–>Fit Canvas To Layers after you scale. Otherwise you’ll still get a 16x16 output and it will crop out most of your sprite.
And if you’re using something other than GIMP, the process will be pretty similar.
