I find the sword not so aggressive. More of an Orc toothpick, but it’s just my option. 
Now give him war paint!

Perhaps a club would be more orc like? He must be a very important Orc, royalty, to have a sword!

Like Indians (USA/America) used to do. Paint their face.

Basically more barbaric like people or nomads would paint themselves to look more aggressive. But also a common practice among soldiers and football (North American) players. In the latter case, however, this is more for camouflage. As for football players it is apparently both for intimidation and to reflect the sun so it does not get into their eyes.
