Origin when rotating bone

Hey everyone, need help!

When rotating head lamp in object mode, it seems to rotate nicely around the origin, see below:

However, when I rotate the bone it seems like it’s floating in the air… (see below) Is the origin the intersection of bones now? How do I change it? I tried to move it in edit mode, but once I am out of edit mode it is as was before.

Most common problems occur when these objects transforms (scale, location, rotation) are not applied.

Hmmm… I applied all the object transforms as I went along. Do you know how do I edit bones and apply those transforms? Or I might need to rewatch some of the lectures videos, it’s been a while

Select a bone armature and press EDIT.
To edit bones. To me, you don’t need to apply scale to bones.
You need to apply scale etc. to the objects related to these bones.

So maybe, disconnect first the bones from the object. Apply scalinge tc.
Then reconnect.

Be sure if your bones (armature) have the correct size and location. Or ax rotation.
Check for strange object origins too.

I was only able to edit the bones after I cleared the parent (object to bone). I positioned the joints where they should be (at the object origin) and now all is well. Thank you!
