I know nothing about anatomy so i used a lot of bodybuilder images as reference to get this results.
It still looks weird in some places, like the hands and the triceps, but for now i’m quite satisfied.

Good work. It is an Orc, no one knows exactly what their muscles look like!

Nice job, that orc has been hitting the gym! Like @Np5 said, orc muscles could be different than humans.
