First time I did this with Blender. When I see the other Orcs I feel I should do more work 
I do like the hangouts at the end of the sections.

thx. I’m not so happy with the hands. also a bit more armor would look nice, I think.
Everybody has, I think. Just because of the simple ‘block’ design.
You could add/change into normal hands with fingers.
But it cost more time, is difficult and a lot of rigging to do.
This course goes about the sculpting principles the rest is up to you!
