I think, something when wrong in the process.
Your arm are square!
In blocking mode you had to add some edge loops, which makes it more round.
I think, now you sub divided the base cube, which gives these ‘square’ arms . Also, you faces are not square either
Maybe redo some steps (do you have an old project version).

thx for the feedback yes i need to work on that but i will do that when it comes to detailing the orc further
Probably too late, but it’s a learning process.
If the base is good, then the details are easier to do.
Because the process is is from low to high poly.
And how higher poly count you have the more difficult the bigger changes are.
