There’s a lot of really good here. And the orc sculpt and the armor portions look good overall.
I like the look of your orc. The only modeling changes I would look into are the teeth. They don’t look like they are coming out of the mouth, they feel like they are sitting on top of the mouth.
Also, a lot of life will come in the texturing phase. Really painting in details helped give my orc character. Like you said, time and patience are all that’s needed - you’re really almost there!
