I wasted 1-2 hours performing random experiments until I got it to work, but finally it opens smoothly and close when you leave the pressure plate 
Here’s my code in case someone want to do the same without wasting time with trial and error:
(also you have to set Max Open Angle to -90 and speed to 1 from within the editor )
