Loving the hair system so far! I’m guessing there’s a lot of complexities with it, but this course is definitely helping me grasp the basics of them quickly.

Nice old man model. And like Gordon said, hair particles have a lot of settings and tools to play around with. Play around and experiment with them as you like. You can learn a lot about it that way. And Rick covers most of it in the course. Have fun and share you progress.

Yes, the hair system is complicated and tricky. However just so you know a new system is coming very soon to Blender that looks easier and better!
