I decided to test it in BGE because I don’t know how to mess with Unity.

You know, for me, too, there was a barrier - a little scared even, but how does that work (in the unity), in fact all the same simple - suddenly if you want to try
I belive lights work better in engine and smoother.
Here simple steps:
- Import you scene to fbx format to unity.
- In unity FPS camera controller:
- import standart assets and drag FPS controller to scene
import all
select prefab FPS and drag to scene
add box collider to floor example:
select floor-> add component-> physics -> box collider
little example material settings - floor
