Any advice would be great I feel like my work on the UVs could use some major improvment.

Welcome to the community.
Great job on the old corridor. Looks great. The textures used for the scene looks great.
If you are going for the wet and shiny look for the walls, then it looks great. If you want to make that shiny look to go away, you can increase the roughness a little to make it less reflective.
Later when you have finished the course, you can come back and add a roughness and normal map to make it more realistic if you want.
And don’t worry too much about the UV placement right now. As you progress in the course, you will learn a lot about the UVs and different maps in detail.
