Beads is looking good, nice mix of large and small variation in the skin painting.

Poor Beads! He needs a hut to live in it looks desolate there!
I think the shoulder armor is too thick.
I like the way your Orc is blending into the landscape.

Good job with the ogre.
It depends from what, or whom, the ogre pried it off from. For all we know, it could be a captains hat made of metal, built for giants. All it would be missing is its metal feather.
