Object spinning when picked up

Can anyone help - When I pick something up during gameplay, it just spins constantly and looks really messy! Is there any way to stop this from happening? I’ve tried adding more mass and making it smaller/larger but I can’t think of what else to do!
I did record a video but it’s not letting me upload so here at the attributes for the object i’m using:

Try increasing damping, especially angular one.

You can also add constraints and lock its rotation on all axes. It’s all changeable in the panel you showed (mind the small arrow in constraints that you can expand stuff).

If you want to constrain rotation you should use GrabComponentAtLocationWithRotation and similarly SetTargetLocationAndRotation.
