Object not lined up with axes

Need help when the object is not lined up with the xyz so when I scale x Zero it skews my faces
I’ve tried but I can’t figure it out
help For the life of me I can’t figure this out
if anyone knows a good video I’d be in your debt
I’m so much better at sculpting

The screenshot can be done by Blender itself, via the ‘Window’ menu bar top left hand side.
On that menu drop down is ‘save screenshot’.

You appear to be swamped in addons!
The beginner level course needs none.

I suspect, though it is not there to see, the object may not have it’s scale applied that would be the most likely reason for differences in scaling.

When scaling by an axis and Zero, all selected verts will go flat on that axis. That is what it does, its use and purpose. Perhaps you mean to do something else?

If it is somehow related to any of those add ons it is unlikely anyone can work out the issue.
