Was experimenting with NPR rendering techniques with Eevee:

@Marc_Carlyon - Took me many attempts since yesterday to upload this 900kb file (after about 5 minutes it would time-out and give me an error and I would have to start again). Speed-test puts me at 10mbps upload speed so the upload should take seconds, not minutes. Wondering if there is an issue with the gamedev servers? Anyone else having upload issues?

Just now and again I find the forum slow to load pages. It is not often. I presume there is some load issue somewhere, as like you I can try another site and it is not my end. Perhaps the operators of the system make changes updates etc. that affect the system slightly?

Eevee renders can look good too, depending on the result you are looking for. It a bit more apropriate for cartoons as colours are brighter.
