NPC strange behavior and sticking on Move To task

I have two problems on this section: at first, my NPC moves to not completely correct location while focuses at Player, at second, he stops moving when lost player and the Suspicion task “Move To” sticks. Video example.
Am I doing something wrong or is it the Engine problem?

Unreal Engine version is 4.19.1

I found out the solution myself. The problem was that I had FirstPersonCharacter and NetworkPlayerStart (generated automatically) on the level at the same time and I though that I play as the first one, because visually I didn’t see other things. Deleting NetworkPlayerStart solved the problem.
