Nothing happens when I press tab (Bull Cow game)

Hi

When I start the game my message is shown but when I press tab I can’t write to the terminal.

Make sure you are clicking in the game.
Just hitting play doesn’t give you focus on the game itself.

I just ran into the same problem, on the drop down menu for the play button, select “selected viewport” and that fixed it for me.
