Not a valid working copy path?

When I try to add a repository, it just says that it’s not a valid working path without any more information.
I tried moving it to another drive on my computer, checked security settings on the folder itself, and even ran some console commands to change some settings on the folders. Does anyone have any ideas for me?

Hi,

Did you figure out the solution for this issue? I see the same

If you are trying to add an existing repository, you want to pass it the folder that has a .git folder contained in it.

If you are trying to create a new repository, then you want to choose Create, rather than Add.

I wound up moving the .git folder from a create to the folder I was trying to add and it worked…I’m not even sure if I understand why.
