no suitable user-defined conversion from “FVector2D” to “FVector” exists!

I can’t get this code to compile. I get no error messages from Unreal, but Visual Studio gives some information. Anyone know? Or have a clue?

I cannot create a new class in this project until this code compiles successfully.

Unreal Message log appears to reveal the problem, something or other out of date, UBT ERROR something or other. Clues anyone? I had originally thought bug had something to do with FVector, but on closer inspection I is something or other about something being out of date. Clues anyone? And why is there no Text Wrap supported in the logger? What would I do without an Ultra-Wide screen?
