I am a new member here. I just got the course from Code Monkey on the turn base grid game. How do I ask him a question?

Hello and welcome!

If you have specific questions about sections of the course you can ask them just like your post here. It’s most likely for another member or a Teaching Assistant to answer it, this is generally true for all the courses regardless of who created it.

If your goal is to directly get into contact with Code Monkey, you’ll have better luck through another means. He has a Contact section on his website here: Code Monkey - Contact

For any course related questions, I’m usually the point of contact, and I’ll see your message based on your asking it against a lecture, like you have here.

Thanks for the reply.

I am really liking the course that I am going through; I am at the 20% mark now. It is very well done.

My question is about the grid system. I want to use a Hex base grid system instead of the Square based grid system. I do not know if I should go through the course then try to convert after I finish the course, or should I try to convert as I go through the course?

After the main course, there is an extension for hex grids. Just keep going, it’s part of the course
