Need help: Not able to create my terrain

Hi Everybody,

All my brushes is greyed out and I’m not able to create my terrain.
Do I need to install other software to get this working?
Your help will be much appreciated.
I’m on Unity 2018.3.6f1 Personal

The terrain system has changed a bit in Unity 2018.3. Maybe this video helps:
