NavMesh Memory Leak?

After I bake the navmesh Unity gets very upset and grinds to a halt unless I close the program. If I ever click on terrain again it will throw up these warnings and the only way I can currently stop it is by not selecting the terrain and restarting if I accidentally do. I’ve been trying to google a solution but I’m not having any luck :frowning:

Are you using a 2021 version of Unity by chance? I’ve been seeing (and once experienced) a LOT of these allocation errors reported. Best to stick to an LTS version.
