Hi,
I used a mix shader with glossy and glass for the cornea’s surface and a voronoi type texture for the iris.
Here is what Napoleon’s eyes look like now:
I’m liking it 
But some hairs are getting inside the eye, I have to keep that in mind for the final render.
Napoleon is now nearly complete !
