My widget of the Terrain is not at the corner like Rick’s, but at the center. Is it normal?

What do you mean by widget? The gizmo with the arrows? Maybe you could share a screenshot?
Depending on your settings, it might be that the gizmo is displayed at the centre of the terrain instead at the position of the pivot point. Scroll down to “Gizmo handle position toggles” in the manual.

Yes. I mean gizmo. Thank you for the help. It is now solved through toggling the position.
