Hey guys! So I just now realized that our challenged should be posted in here instead of the udemy Q&A…everything before this point I posted in there (my bad…). Anyways, here is the finished product!
To rotate it, I simply pressed ‘R’ and typed in ‘-90’. To scale it in half, I used the scale section in the transform panel and typed in ‘/2’ (divide by 2) after the value already there.
