I want to learn enough about programming in general, and about VR specifically to not have to refer to Stack Overflow, YouTube, or Udemy for every new feature or function I want to add to a game.
-
I plan to follow this course haphazardly, skipping around to sections that I feel weak on, and supplementing those lectures with outside lectures on the same topics.
-
My side project is building a VR Dyson Swarm builder (Factorio your way to a complete orbital habitat, then CitiesSkylines your population inside it).
-
I’m working with a Quest 2.

I’m looking forward to reaching the point where I understand what I’m doing, rather than going through the Monkey-See-Monkey-Do phase of learning.
Hi Gabriel and Welcome to the VR Course.
This course will enable you to think for yourself but if you struggle, you can follow the instructor. It is a more advanced course so do feel free to ask questions here or on discord. If you’ve never coded using Unreal or C++ before, I would suggest you try the C++ course first as this gets tricky in a hurry.
I hope you enjoy it.
