Hello i am an 13 y/o i use my my dads account to learn im using the lastest unity version. i have an issue, for some reason my TextMeshPro isn’t Showing, here’s what i did before: since the TextMeshPro wasn’t spawning without the Canvas(it didn’t let me adjust the canvas ) so i dragged the TextMeshPro on to my Tile and deleted the canvas, i think this might be why, how do i spawn the TMP without the Canvas like Gary?

You should not post questions under the ‘Show’ tag. Teaching Assistants (and me) look for ‘Ask’ tags to answer questions and if it’s under ‘Show’ it may be missed.

You are using the wrong
TextMeshProfield. The one you are using is for UI and requires the canvas. You should use the game object version. You can find it here
Note that it is under '3D Object` and not ‘UI’
