Did the stairs before learning about the array modifier. took way to long to figure it out.
Extruded the steps from the ramp and then rotated the faces on Y.
there are some weird shapes but I don’t think there is any mesh overlapping.

Many ways of doing things in Blender, sometimes it is best to at least do it the course way first, then try other ways.
