My progress

This course has taught me a lot about blender and I feel it’s given me a foundation to go on and actually make the things I dream up. I’ve just realised how long it’s been since I posted here, so here’s a comparison of how far I’ve come since I started in April.

That looks amazing. I plan on taking the blender course after I have finished the unity 3D and 2D courses. Hopefully that will give me a good step to getting this good.

The Blender course is excellent. I am doing that along with the UE4 one (also excellent). On the completion of each section of the UE4 course, I plan to then repeat what was covered in that section, but using models I create from what I have learnt in the Blender course up to that point. e.g. walls, doors, gates, obstacles, etc. for the Building Escape section. I’ll create a few versions of Building Escape, thus reinforcing my knowledge of Blender and UE4, before moving on to the next section.

Damn, this is fun
