You’ve done well to follow the tutorial, here’s mine.
If you are interested in doing what i have done make sure the left menu is up by toggled the ‘T’ key, make sure that you are in object mode and have the pin selected then look for tow buttons labelled smooth and flat under the tools tab. Make sure smooth is toggled then press f12 to toggle it, you may need to position the camera better to. Good luck and if you decide to try then please post it on here i’d love to see how you get on
