My Pawn

Just a basic pawn with default texture. Duplicated the base by copying the base from the Chess Piece Base blend file we created in the last lecture and then pasted into a new blend file. From there I extruded the top face up for the neck of the pawn, then extruded and scaled to the width of the collar and then extruded and scaled down to form the play for the sphere. I used loop cuts on the neck and scaled to the picture and used the bevel tool on the collar of the top of the pawn. Finally, selected the top face, snapped the 3d cursor to selected, created a uv sphere and scaled and moved to size and location.
