Don’t know how to add the light as it is not affecting my scene in any way with me changing the world to the sky texture, but other than that really enjoyed creating this scene.

A 1000w lamp will overrule a 1W lamp …
Check the properties of this “Sky” texture, and also you really don’t need a lamp with sky texture ( It has a sun option).
Also EEVEE doesn’t do much with “Sky”.
