New to Blender and couldn’t figure out where my materials aren’t showing in one mode but are showing in another.
My model’s materials wont show while in “Display Solid Mode” but show up in “Display Render Preview”
Hmm something is off here on the material in solid mode as that shouldnt be there.
The two modes that Mikey uses are the LookDev and Rendered view.
I would remove the materials that are on those wood pieces that appear in solid mode and then readd them to the parts.
It looks like those pieces are using a different material from the rest of the wood so likely that specific material and the way it was created causing the issue.
If you struggle with this let me know and upload the blend file and i can take a look
