Hello,
here is my final render. It took a little time to finish it, but I made it! 
I would like to make some changees with water in the future (well, it’s not the worst, but I sure I can make better effect) but now I need some other challenges in Blender :D. I will be happy to see some opinions about my village view ^^.
I’m liking this scene, and I like the way your surrounding water looks, as some folks leave it flat, so it looks like the village is sitting on a patch of ice.

I just wonder if there is a lack of windows particularly on the highest floor level?
I hadn’t noticed that earlier, but now that you mention it, I can visualize at least one window near the top floor in each of the 3 buildings facing the camera.
