For the second material on my lamp I made the inside of the shade a glossy white. I added three additional planes, to make that lighting look like it was coming through a window. The lamp lighting is both a spot lamp and a circle with emission material. I found a matrix of different light temperatures and used the incandescent bulb temperature.
