My high-poly set

The knight took the most time, by far. In total it’s 213k polygons before subdividing. All are manifold, all are single objects for :crossed_fingers: 3d printing.

One of the biggest issues I’ve had with this project was getting gaps to work with smooth shading and subdivision surface modifier properly. So far my workaround was to add geometry.

Thanks everyone for tips earlier. I made sure to make the lighting across the pieces more uniform as FedPete pointed out. More tips always welcome!
