I did try my best but seems I can’t replicate the shoulder area just like in the tutorial video. So hard.

Use the yellow stretch tool to make the shoulders.
Then remesh the object, and start smoothing.
Remesh more, start smoothing …
Sculpting is hard work and a lot of practice.
Don’t give up! Don’t go into details at once!
