I do not know why my lamp’s motion isn’t flowing smoothly, I couldn’t figure it out. If it is a very simple solution, any suggestion is welcome, if not, I really want to move on. I’m sure I’ll develop the right instinct in future experiences. Hopefully.

I am not sure what you mean by “isn’t flowing smoothly”?
Your work does everything what you have learned in a technical way.
Now you need to learn hoe to animate. That is also a difficult skill.
Keep trying, do small animations. With less render heavy items (light, glossy).
And above all, have fun!
