My games units appear to be more sensitive than the examples

Hi there,

I am working my way through the tutorials with Gary (currently on the car one). Every time I adjust the units/speed my car, it seems to zoom off or turn very very fast. Its like my units are double that of the example. Any ideas what it could be?

Sorry I haven’t been specific. Its Complete C# Unity Game Developer 2D. I haven’t used Time.deltaTime in my code yet.

In that case, please keep watching. It might be that your problem gets solved in one of the next videos. In lecture “Using Time.deltaTime()”, Rick addresses a problem with the inconsistent speed and solves it. :slight_smile:
