My first own project to improve my skills.
A little Base idea for the game “ARK Survival Envolved”

Nice jungle fortress. Interesting textures. Well done.

Looks good. But the structure is probably unsound. Like scaffolding with no triangulations. They would fall, blow over easily.

Good effort, mate. I like the high-platform base idea. The colours and textures suit the low poly look.

I agree with NP5. Try adding in some struts for triangulation.

Thanks for your meaning and Tips
What do you mean with struts for triangulation?

Currently the space between the posts in rectangular e.g. they are not connected to each other apart from the platform at the top. For structural support, braces between the corner posts, to create triangles, would be advisable.

If you look at scaffolding, the posts are linked by diagonal struts.

I think Venom has mimicked the bracing with some cross pieces on diagonal without understanding that they should be connected in a real building. I personally would want my model to be more realistic but in a fantasy game anything goes [I would imagine?]

PS. it’s easier to be accurate if you model this type of thing rather than use a texture map for a low poly result? Although not impossible because if the towers are perpendicular the uv maps should be rectangular and that could easily be painted in image editor rather than texture painting in Blender.

Yep thats right, i wasn’t understand the realistic of statistics by this level. ^^

Now it’s easier to learn, if start with low poly and fantasy Object for me, because i started two months ago with Blender but i’ll try my best next times.

Yep, your textures look really good for low poly objects for game engines. In that case realism is not necessary anyway. Well done I thought.

Don’t worry too much at this point. I have played plenty of games where sound architecture was not a concern (yes, it was time ago!), and things worked well too.

These details are something that is worth being aware of if you want to go for realistic looks. You are doing great

This is a fair comment. I was a little harsh with my criticism. Keep doing what your doing, mate. As long as your enjoying 3D modelling that’s all that matters.

No don’t worry, it’s better with tips/improvement as nothing
