This is my first go at the well, did it before watching you’re finished well so a few errors and the scale is massive.

You can change it, click the pencil icon then click on the category and change it. then you’re all good.

It like this design. I don’t think the scale is that wrong.
I like the irregularity, it has it’s charm.
I did exactly the same thing figuring I could scale at the end if needed, it’s pretty easy to just select every part of your model and scale the lot.

Welcome! Scaling is good! but don’t forget to Apply the scale, because you scale the object, but not the mesh. You will learn.
