Here’s my own final lamp animation. Rendered to 1080P in Cycles. Took 75 minutes to render it. I prefer Cycles render because it gave me the accurate light settings compared to Eevee.
Also managed to export the animated lamp in Unreal Engine 4. And it worked superbly well.
