There is more than one way to do it
For example with extruding: you extrude upper face, scale it up, extrude again, lift it up by Z axis, scale down to zero by one axis (for example X) and voila!

Same… Which face you want to make slanted rooftop, just select that face then scale that face to zero and select your prefer axis (x or y)…
